At WBC, we believe in the Widow’s mite kind of giving, where the emphasis is not on the amount given but on THE HEART that gives.
Why do we give without feeling obligated?
Our cheerful giving is our wilful expression of gratitude and worship to God.
There are blessings in our cheerful and willing offerings and tithes:
Malachi 3:10 (NIV) – Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Why Donate
When you give or donate to WBC, you support our ministries and charitable works. Your contributions also support communal services, donations to affiliated mission groups, and families and individuals in need throughout the year. Additionally, your giving helps maintain our worship space, which serves as a center for preaching the Gospel of Christ.
Luke 6:38 (NIV) – Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
